Potomac Heights Acquired

Heritage Housing, Inc. successfully acquired Potomac Heights, a 141-unit senior and family Section 8 property located in Keyser, WV, on September 5, 2019. The property has been maintained very well, but it hasn’t received any renovations since it opened in 1983. Keyser is a small town in a rural section of the eastern West Virginia panhandle, nestled among the Appalachian mountains. It is by far the most scenic property in our portfolio!

We have submitted an application to WVHDF for 4% LIHTCs, tax-exempt bond financing, USDA RD permanent financing, and a HOME loan to renovate Potomac Heights. We look forward to announcing the start of our renovations in 2020!
