Brookpark Place Renovations Update

Our renovations to Brookpark Place are approximately 25% complete and we expect to be fully complete by the end of this year. We are very happy with how the renovated apartments are coming out and we’ve heard that the residents are pleased too. We’d like to share some before and after photos to document the transformation:

Kitchen - Before

The kitchens had VCT floors, 1970s cabinetry and yellow countertops.

Kitchens - After

New LVT flooring, contemporary cabinetry, dark countertops, and a warmer wall color brighten the space. New upper cabinets provide tenants more storage.

Bathrooms - Before

VCT floors and a 1970s wall-hung sink. Very little storage.

Bathrooms - After

New LVT floors, a vanity matching the kitchen, and a solid surface top provide a contemporary appearance and more storage.

View to Living Room

We are replacing many carpets and will replace the patio doors and windows later this year. All apartments are receiving new PTHP heating/cooling units and LED lighting.
